Scott Herndon, owner of SRS has dedicated his entire career to the flooring business. He started by learning from his father (Don Herndon, Classic Wood Flooring). After mastering flooring installation techniques, Scott started and operated his own successful flooring business in Jacksonville, FL. Seeing a need for quality floor demolition and preparation, and guided by the mantra ‘your finished floor is only as good as what is underneath’, Scott leveraged his prior knowledge in the flooring industry and assembled a suite of state-of-the-art machines to ensure the finest possible floor demolition and preparation with the capability to function under the most stringent standards of cleanliness, including HEPA filtration of airborne particulate matter.

Partners in life as well as in business, Kari Herndon works behinds the scenes handling the administrative side of business, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations. Kari comes from an industrial rehabilitation / ergonomics background, so her focus includes making sure SRS practices safe working techniques to avoid injury.
